E-Fairness:
Could someone tell me how this is fair to the broke jobless average online shopper such as myself? Why should I have to pay a tax for a digital copy of something that can disappear if god forbid the electronic tool breaks? Do all the Big Name stores not already put small mom and pop stores out of business that they have to take to the web as well? Personally I think since I already have to pay a LUXURY TAX and a STATE SALES TAX not only for my state,but whichever state I get it from for large item (like a TV) purchases, I shouldn't have to for Digi stuff.
